Sunday Dinner Club @ ChinaGroove
The first dinner club meeting took place on the roof top of China Groove, Lan Kwai Fong’s hotspot.
Guests were treated to a four course dinner prepared by our guest Chef Callum Merriman. Hailing from Scotland, trained in France and working all around the world, Callum served up his exquisite take on Northern European cuisine to 40 guests who represented a good cross-section of Chengdu’s personalities.
From the usual suspects representing MNCs, restauranteurs and the media, Litchi Mind was also joined by a few local celebrities and models. As a testament to the chef’s cooking, even the models couldn’t resist finishing Callum’s Death by Chocolate Tort!
